No Returns and No Exchanges
We take pride in offering high-quality, custom-printed products that are made to order specifically for you. However, due to the unique nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Our products are custom-made and printed on demand once your order has been placed. This means that we do not carry any inventory, and every item is created just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, as we are unable to resell the product to another customer.
We understand that ordering online can be tricky, so we encourage you to review the size chart and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right. Thank you for understanding our no-return or exchange policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, provide a clear photo showing the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any questions at email@example.com.
Refunds and Replacements Due to Damages and Issues
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
