  2. Shipping Time After processing, standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

  3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination and weight of the order.

  4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may not be available for international orders.

  5. Customs and Import Taxes- International customers may be subject to customs and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.

  6. Lost or Damaged Packages- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
